About:

BalletRIP is defined as Barre-LESS ballet.

This means that a person has no external help while exercising. They are forced to use their OWN body as a resistance tool, allowing them to “own their movement”.

It is a dynamic, fun and effective 60-minute workout aimed at transforming mind and body.

BalletRIP aims to empower people of all cultures and genders. It does so by bringing them together in a safe place while welding mind and body.
